TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a purchase on Makeaquick.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions:

1. One (1) block is the minimum purchase on Makeaquick.com, which consists of 400 pixels, for a price of $200. The maximum purchase on the website is what remains of all the unsold pixels on Makeaquick.com.

2. By purchasing pixels or numerous blocks of pixels on Makeaquick.com, you are not purchasing ownership of any kind on the Makeaquick.com website. You are simply being granted the right to submit an image and link to your own business/website. The link and image will be posted/published on Makeaquick.com in the specific space and location that you paid for and selected.

3. It is imperative that you are certain of the image and link you want posted/published on Makeaquick.com. You absolutely cannot change or modify your image and/or link once it has been submitted. We can consider making changes to your image and/or link if, for example, major structural or design changes are made to your own website or if your website should cease to exist.

4. Please be informed that if your image and/or link is accepted and posted/published on Makeaquick.com, that a refund cannot be given to you. Once funds are received and the image/link is accepted and posted on the webpage, the sale is considered complete. As policy, all sales are final.

5. The Makeaquick.com website, including your ad(s), will be online and operating over the Internet for at least 3 years (beginning the day the entire pixel grid is posted and published). For legal reasons, we have established three years as our official length of operation and service. However, our dynamic goal is to keep the Makeaquick.com website up and running and your ads up and running forever!

6. We will not allow nor post/publish any obscene, improper or offensive material. Adult images and/or links will be immediately rejected. Makaquick.com reserves the right to object to any material submitted and will make all final decisions regarding material that is posted on the Makeaquick.com website. However, should you place an order and submit an image and/or link that is rejected, you will have an opportunity to provide an alternative image and/or link. Rest assured, if your material is rejected your money will be refunded in full, your order will be cancelled, but you will lose your advertising space/spot on the Makeaquick.com website.

7. If after your image and/or link is accepted and you change the content of the linked site (your website) to display obscene/offensive/improper and/or inappropriate adult material, then we will remove your link. And it will remain removed until you provide us a new and proper one. Moreover, in this case, you will not be granted nor given a refund of any kind. If nothing is provided within 30 Days, the space will become available for sale to other customers.

8. In the future if you desire your image and/or link to be removed from the Makeaquick.com website for any reason, we can comply with your wishes. However, you will not be granted nor receive a refund, and the pixels/space in question will become available once more for sale to other customers.

9. Make certain your image and/or link is the exact size for which you have paid (example, 400 pixels = 20x20 pixels).

10. Understand that all images will be displayed as a JPG or GIF. However, we will accept JPG, GIF, PSD, PDF, AI, BMP, and PNG files. Thus, if you submit an image that is not a JPG or GIF, your file will be changed to this format.

11. Your images must NOT be animated.

13. Make certain you have the authority to submit the image and link for the website you provide to Makeaquick.com.

14. Understand that funds/payment must be fully received and cleared before your ad space/pixels will go live.

15. Please expect occasional downtime to the Makeaquick.com domain for site maintenance. However, we intend to keep this at a bare minimum.

16. Once your order has been placed and after the funds are cleared, your image will be displayed within 24 to 48 hours time.

17. Makeaquick.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its discretion.
